Beautification:
Upgrades and beautification continues in downtown lovington. The current work on the small park by the library looks great. Thanks for everyone’s hard work!
Environmental:
Plastic bags don't biodegrade, they photodegrade - breaking down into smaller and smaller toxic bits, contaminating soil and waterways and entering the food web when animals accidentally ingest them. Some figures indicate that plastic bags could take over 1000 years to break down. This means not one plastic bag has ever naturally biodegraded. Learn how we are helping the local community by providing these bags in our area.
